Element Health Centres (“Element”, “we”, “us”) may send SMS and other electronic communications to clients for service and marketing purposes.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive communications in accordance with these terms.

- appointment confirmations and reminders

- follow-ups relating to your visits or protocols

4.2 Element does not charge for SMS communications.
4.3 Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile provider.
5. OPT-OUT
5.1 You may opt out at any time by:
- replying STOP to any SMS; or
- contacting us at hello@elementcentre.com.au
5.2 Once you opt out, you will no longer receive marketing messages.
5.3 Important service-related messages (e.g. appointment reminders) may still be sent where necessary to deliver booked services.
6. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are accurate and up to date.
Element is not responsible for failed or misdirected messages due to incorrect contact information.
7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We do not guarantee that SMS delivery will be:
- uninterrupted
- timely
- error-free
We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. PRIVACY
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and will only send marketing communications where consent has been provided.
