Credits can be used across Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Hyperthermic Sauna, Cryotherapy, and Theta Chamber sessions depending on your active plan and recovery goals.

Your weekly tier can step up when you need more frequency, step down when maintenance is enough, or pause at the right point if your plan no longer requires the same level of support.

The goal is not to keep you locked into the highest tier. The goal is to keep the rhythm appropriate for where you are now.
