This page sets out the terms of using our centres and digital services.

1. Scope

These terms apply to bookings made through our website, conversations with our practitioners, and any data you share with us in the course of your protocol.

2. What we collect

Contact details, the focus area of your protocol, the centre you’ve booked, and any health information you choose to share at consultation. Nothing more than is necessary to provide the service.

3. How we use it

To deliver your protocol, to communicate with your existing care team if you’ve given us permission, and to schedule sessions. We don’t sell, license, or trade your data.

4. Your rights

Australian privacy law applies. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. write to privacy@elementhealth.com.au.
