Injury Recovery & Nervous System Reset

A structured multi-modality recovery plan designed to support tissue recovery, nervous system regulation, and recovery progression following injury, stress, physical overload, or prolonged physiological strain. Built around Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and layered with Red Light Therapy and guided nervous system recovery sessions, the protocol is paced intentionally over time to support cumulative adaptation rather than short-term symptom relief.

The six-week shape

A structured plan, reviewed as you progress.

01
Weeks 1 – 2
Foundation & Baseline
Your protocol begins gradually. We establish baseline tolerance, introduce modalities progressively, and create consistency without overwhelming the system.
02
Weeks 3 – 4
Structured Adaptation
Frequency increases in a controlled way as your body adapts to the protocol. Modalities are layered intentionally to support recovery, regulation, and cumulative progress.
03
Weeks 5 – 6
Review & Integration
We assess changes, review outcomes, and determine what ongoing support, if any, makes sense moving forward. Some clients continue into maintenance; others simply complete the protocol and step away.
Why this protocol

Recovery support that works with your existing care.

When recovery feels slow or inconsistent

Many people come to Element after recurring injuries, chronic inflammation, prolonged soreness, nervous-system overload, slow rehabilitation progress, post-surgical recovery challenges, physical burnout or inconsistent recovery routines. Recovery often becomes fragmented when there is no consistent system supporting it.

Recovery support that works alongside your existing care team

Many Element clients continue working closely with physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, doctors, surgeons, osteopaths, chiropractors, trainers and allied health practitioners. Our role is to provide supportive therapies and structured recovery protocols that may help complement broader rehabilitation and wellbeing strategies.

Why consistency matters in recovery

One of the most common frustrations people experience is inconsistency. People often attend rehab sporadically, stop recovery routines when life becomes busy, return only when symptoms flare up again, or struggle to maintain momentum. At Element, our protocols are designed to create a more consistent rhythm around recovery and nervous-system support.

A supportive environment for recovery and regulation

Recovery is not only physical. Periods of injury, chronic pain or prolonged stress can also impact sleep, nervous-system regulation, stress tolerance, emotional resilience and overall wellbeing. Our environment is intentionally designed to feel calm, low stimulation, restorative and supportive.

Therapies commonly used

A protocol built around supportive therapies.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

HBOT is commonly incorporated into recovery-focused protocols designed to support rest, recovery and overall wellbeing. Many clients explore HBOT as part of broader rehabilitation and recovery strategies.

Full Body Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy is frequently used within protocols focused on recovery support, circulation, skin health and overall wellness. It is one of the most commonly used therapies at Element.

Infrared Hyperthermic Sauna

Infrared sauna sessions may help support relaxation, circulation and muscular recovery within a calming environment.

Theta Chamber

A guided multi-sensory recovery experience designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system downregulation, and mental recovery. The Theta Chamber combines light, sound, vibration, and sensory isolation to help reduce external stimulation and create the conditions for restorative neurological rest. Many clients incorporate sessions during periods of prolonged stress, burnout, nervous system overload, anxiety, poor sleep, or mental fatigue. Sessions are commonly integrated into broader recovery protocols alongside Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and Red Light Therapy to support overall recovery rhythm and regulation.
