Can I change my membership level?
Yes. You can upgrade your membership at any time.
Downgrades are available once the initial 12-week foundational period has been completed. Any changes will take effect from the start of your next billing cycle.

How Do I Check My Membership Credit Balance?
Log in to your account and go to User Profile, then select Memberships. Here you can view your current credit balance and membership details.
How Do I Redeem My Credits?
To redeem your credits, simply book your treatment as usual. At checkout, the system will automatically check whether you have sufficient credits available. If so, the required credits will be deducted automatically once your appointment is confirmed.
Can I freeze my membership, and is there a fee?
Yes. Memberships can be placed on hold once the initial 12-week foundational period has been completed.
There is no fee to freeze your membership, and freezes can be managed directly through your account when logged in.
Memberships may be frozen for up to 6 weeks per year, with a minimum freeze period of 1 week. Freezes are applied in weekly increments.
During a freeze period, membership payments and credit allocations are paused.
